I had to call the police on a couple that was screaming obscenities and slamming thing s against the walls. The deal person tried to tel me that I couldn’t t call the police bc “our policy is to only call when it is a life threatening situation.” The deal person tried to tell the police that “it was nothing, I know the couple. She said ‘I was just knocking on the door’” the clerk also said “I’ll get fired if the cops come about that couple! I told the police that the deal person wasn’t there and didn’t hear what I heard.

Although the room was comfortable, clean and very convenient, there was a faint cigarette smoke smell. The room was billed as a non smoking room, but I guess there were smokers in the rooms next door.

One of the worst hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. You can’t expect much for the price, however the hotel was in terrible condition. There was a lot of hair in the sink, shower and floor. The sheets and comforter had major stains. There were holes in the walls and every section of the motel smelled like weed. I even moved rooms and the second room had most of the same issues. This place needs to get shut down as soon as possible.

Even though this property does not have smoking accommodations because full time residents occupy all of the smoking rooms, I was mislead into believing I had secured a smoking room. When I checked in they wanted my credit card for a $50 deposit to cover any damage to the room. But they didn't just collect my credit card information, they immediately charged my card. If they do not reverse the charge when I check out, I'll have a mess to clean up. I don't need this aggravation. If I knew all of this before reserving, I would have stayed somewhere different.

They charged a $50 deposit for a dorty facility. The room was ok, but the hallway smelled horrible like dog urine. The hallway was not vacuumed and the elevator was nasty.

Well they scanned my card and took all the money I had and then told me that there was a 100 deposit and I did not have it so I couldn't stay there and I had to left with out my money bc it takes days before it's refunded

The staff is great. All were very professional and friendly. There are nice areas outdoors where I could enjoy time with my service dog. My room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and has laundry area. It is under construction in some areas but not noisy. It’s a really good value for a nice quiet and clean room.
