"Clean room"

"Wasnt warned about the loud music next door….great place other than the loud music from the bar next door"

"First of all, the front desk and the valet staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and excited to be there. And as soon as we got to the room we realized just how old the hotel itself must be. There's barely a flat surface, a plumb wall or floor in the building. We had a spacious balcony that was virtually unusable -- the floor was so slanted it felt like you were going to slide off. The railing was wobbly (we were on the 5th floor), and the service area of the hotel must have been just below us, it was so loud we couldn't stand sitting out there -- which was a bummer because we had paid extra for the room, a lot more than the standard, and the view was phenomenal. Just didn't feel safe, and you couldn't hear the person next to you the machinery down below was so loud. Beds, sheets and pillows are fantastic -- very quiet once the balcony door was closed, and we slept very well. And the rest of the rooms amenities were just great. The TV, the coffee maker, the toiletries in the shower, all top notch. The breakfast in the main restaurant wasn't that great, but they're also we're not a lot of guests taking advantage of it, so it's sort of understandable. Unexpected though, I would think the food would be really important to maintain a draw. "

"The mirror in the bathroom said help me when it steamed up from the shower. It was creepy. Room service never came to switch towels or anything while we were there. "

"I’m a frequent traveler to the Hyatt Augusta and every time I come I have a marvelous time. Staff is wonderful, shout out to David he made the first day of my trip so seamless. Rooms are always so clean, and spacious. I feel safe as a solo female traveling. Parking this time around was tricky because of the construction taking up parking spots outside. Other than that my trip was wonderful, and I will be back soon."

"Fantastic golf trip home base. 3 well appointed bedrooms as well as an overflow room with beds for guests. Ping Pong table, beautiful serene river setting, walking distance to entertainment and restaurants. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! "

"Very run down, beat up furniture in the room, bathroom had mold. Very sketchy outside. Don’t go out at night. Expedia needs to check out there hotels before booking them."

"The unit was clean and as advertised. The unit number noted was not the actual unit number. We had difficulty with the pass code also. Luckily the house keeper was at the building and was able to retrieve the correct code and room number. Cute, clean and neat unit. Small bed in bedroom, but great for one person Fold out in living is a futon. Hot plate, refrigerator, coffee maker and some dishes, silverware and cups and pots and pans provided. Net to a bar which has open mike on the night we stayed. Luckily only lasted till 10pm. Good parking on street or behind building."
