"From the first contact from Dale, through to every attention to detail of the property, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Southerly. The location could not have been better. Such an easy walk to the main street, or down to The Colourpatch Café. Unfortunately, we only had the weekend to take in the stunning cottage, but could have easily stayed for weeks. "We met the host when we arrived and expressed surprise as the host had not “depersonalised “ the property. We discovered there were no wardrobe or cupboard/draw facilities available for guests, just some small hanging in the bathroom was offered. She explained this complied with a different well known businesses rental standards which we had never used. For example, coats, handbags, shoes and other personal effects were left on display. The location was great, equipment good (bbq needs servicing, host advised). We have rented many VBRO properties with great success all depersonalised. "
