「The room was clean and adequate and appeared recently removated. Bed was comfortable. Airconditioning, though, did not cool during the night. (Ambient room temp app showed 78 degrees when we had the conditioner set on 68.). Areas of the ceiling had water stains in the room as well as the bathroom. Freezer section in fridge had too much frost. And, for a request (and paid) for a handicap/acessible room, we were on the second floor and my husband had a hard time climbing the stairs.
