"Warm welcome, helpful staff over the phone and at the desk, convenient code door system, clean, good breakfast, location. Ah la France and the Cantal we like!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, a fairly basic but comfortable room and a good breakfast made this a great choice for an overnight stay. The parking was easy. It is a 15 minute walk from the town centre and there is no restaurant in the hotel. Other eating opportunities nearby are limited. "

"Not sure what to say, it is an Ibis, as you would expect it is clean and tidy and everything works. The staff were very helpful. The location is on the edge of town, but it only takes a few minutes to get to the edge of town and find places to eat and drink."

"We could not get Wi-fi in our room, we requested to try another room but we were told there wasn’t one available, the receptionist advised she would contact the manager but we heard no more after that. We were also charged for using the pool and gym which frankly we declined as it was incredibly disappointing for the 10€ per person, when asked to refund the amount she took our card details and personal details on a scrap of paper and said she would refund later that day, we found this...

"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"Comfortable size room and bathroom. Wonderful shower with multi jets. Warm room but windows let in fresh air. Clean towels every day. Quiet. Friendly cleaners. Secure. "
