I loved the kitchen; it has everything you need, which made the stay very convenient. The location is amazing, close to everything—just 3 minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Having a car is recommended to get around easily”

“the rooms are very nice with good views. But service fails a lot. Ask for room cleaning and when you come back it has not been done. Also personnel go among different floors with the intercoms at high volume as if it were a construction site with no inhabitants. It is a lack of respect the way employees communicate among them as if they were in the Vietnam War. Intercom should be heard ONLY by them, not by all the guests. I told them many times for many years but it seems nobody cares. Anyway I……

“I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. The property appears poorly maintained and in serious need of renovation. Several areas looked worn, outdated, and not properly cleaned. The overall atmosphere felt neglected rather than welcoming. For the price being charged, the level of upkeep and cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a hotel. Basic maintenance issues and the general state of the facilities made the stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot……

“Despite nice and helpful staff, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained in both rooms we stayed in. Key features were sticky floors, bathroom leaks, water damage. The room fob system malfunctioned and the poor staffer had to completely take apart the mechanism and override it. Oh and the bathroom door handle fell off in my hand and they never repaired it. Also, I made a rookie traveler mistake, but watch out for the ice in the restaurant and steer away from any water in the hotel since it……

“The staff were friendly and excellent. In the first room the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms the second night. The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good”
