Carlos was amazing and the property was very nice and quiet

Carlos was amazing. We had to book this property last minute due to a cancellation from a previous host and he was extremely responsive and helpful. The property was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood was very calm. It was right across the street from a train that went right into Austin. Amazing stay.

Brand new condo with lots of pluses including very comfy beds, large closets, areas teens could be while adults hung out in another area, etc. would stay again.

Great stay

Loved this clean and comfy place. Carlos was always quick with any questions we had. We used the pool several times. Close to grocery and shopping. Only thing that would have made it better would have been to have beach towels for the pool, but there were so many regular towels it wasn’t an issue.

Great Townehome in a Awesome Area

The townehome has amazing curb appeal and beautiful decor. Also, it's close to a shopping area and short drive to downtown Austin. The property is new, the owner was nice and quick with replies. The four of us rented this townehome because of its price point and looks. We were doing a couples getaway and all went well except for two small things. No irons were provided because of a fire hazard that was explained by the owner. Dressing up and looking nice was a challenge without an iron. Then cooking meals were a little difficult due to the amount of equipment. We needed larger pots and mixing bowls. We didn't bring this up to the owner, we decided it was a personal want and may not be an issue for other guest. So if you plan on cooking, bring everything and buy every ingredient. Yes, even the salt and pepper. Other than that we would stay again and recommend that you stay here as well. Enjoy!
