Fantastic Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to have there own space. Barbara the host was so sweet and willing to get us whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this home!

This house was beautifully decorated and clean! Full kitchen made for convenience and showers were fantastic. Owners went above and beyond for us. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for kids. Would book again!

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for my birthday. Me, my husband and our family and friends stayed here. It was a total of 7 of us that stayed in the home comfortably! The primary room and showers were the best part. I will rent this place again simply for the shower and tub I loved it. Everything was nice spacious and clean! Large kitchen and outdoor area!

Perfect House For Friends Trip To COTA

My group of seven friends stayed at the house for the COTA F1 race and it was the perfect location and size! We were 20 minutes away from the racetrack and even closer to downtown. The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The host Barbara was extremely responsive and also left a list of great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. This is a great house for families or those traveling with a large group. The house is spacious, the backyard was equipped with corn hole and a grill, and the check in/out instructions were very clear and detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property for our Austin Stay!

We were visiting Austin for my sons’s graduation from UT and his commissioning into the US Army. We had a very busy weekend and a lot of family in town as well. This property was perfect for our stay. It’s very close to everything, but also very secluded. We loved being able to come back to the house for some peace during the hustle and busyness. Our host was amazing during the entire process! This is truly the perfect property!

Great Space!!

This house is a great space for a weekend getaway. Very well decorated with lots of amenities. Property manager easy to reach and great communication. This is Texas so the summer heat made the house a little warm in the middle of the day. Keep the ceiling fans going to help circulate the air. Had a great time!

Great Location Austin

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from the University. The location was perfect, just a short drive on the expressway. It was just as advertised - specious and clean. There were ants out back on the patio but they took care of it right away. Overall a great stay.

Affordable and beautiful home

Just finished a 3 day stay with 8 women to celebrate birthdays. What a fantastic stay!! We all had plenty of room. We had everything we needed in the house. So clean! The decorating was gorgeous, and very modern. We can not say enough about Barbara! Communication was outstanding she was so accommodating to adjust to all of our early flights and or late flights with check-in and check-out. The backyard is so nice to sit out in. Getting to activities downtown was about 12 minutes away. Easy to get to. We rented a car. There is a wonderful coffee shop 5 minutes drive from home. The neighborhood was cute and we felt safe. It's such an adorable place and would stay here again!!!

Austin Gem!

Do not underestimate this property gem in Austin TX! We stayed at this property for 3 nights, short family vacation to Austin. The property is very well maintained, spacious...very accommodating for 5 adults and 2 children ( 4 year old and a 1 year old). We had zero issues while staying here, everything was perfect! The house is in close proximity to downtown and trendy areas...20 minutes in most cases. The communications with our hosts were excellent! Proactive communications and lots of information to ensure we were well aware of what the area had to offer...much appreciated!

Conference stay

We had 7 people in this spacious home. There are just a couple of things I would suggest. There was only one small frying pan and it was not in good shape. We could also have used more coffee cups and a box of tissues I don’t like to leave that here because it really was a terrific stay. The host was very responsive to a call I made to her. We attend this conference every year and we would definitely chose this home again.

Beautiful home

I traveled to Austin to spend time with my college roommates. The home we selected was beautiful, well maintained, and close to downtown Austin. I would highly recommend this rental for large families or friend groups. The public space was ample enough to accommodate the 6 people in my group without feeling crowded. We enjoyed our stay in Austin and the house.
