We had an amazing time here for a 50th birthday party. The location is perfect and walkable to so many great spots. Everyone had an incredible time.

Fantastic Stay

Dakota was an incredible host. She was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house was very clean and the location in the heart of Austin could not have been any more convenient. Highly recommend this property for big groups.

Work trip

The place is as described in the pictures. We had some cold weather but in warm weather this place would be amazing. On the second day we had plumbing issues that flooded one of the units. They brought out plumbing and cleaning later that morning. Overall, we had a great stay and gave feedback to the property manager for the minor things that need tweaking. Oh- the mattresses are incredible!

We were in Austin for a soccer tournament in Round Rock. Eight 16 year olds and their families. Everyone thought the 4 houses were amazing. Better than the pictures. Every room was beautifully decorated. The beds were all very comfortable. The outdoor space was amazing. The neighborhood was really nice. It was walking distance to downtown Austin and the river walk. We loved being so close to downtown Austin, but being in a quite safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Dakota the host was very responsive to questions we had before and during our visit.
