I’ve stayed at this property a number of times and each time the experience continues to impress! The property is pet, friendly, family, friendly, and close to all things happening in downtown Austin! Well worth the time and effort to book with this location!

Very clean and super convenient location!

Stayed here for the Texas vs Alabama game and the property was very clean when we arrived and is pretty much furnished with everything you need for a weekend stay. They also had canned water in the room which was really nice. Location is one block from Rainey street where there is plenty of places to eat or get some drinks! The food truck alley and Salvation pizza were our favorites. There is also a Royal Blue Grocery on Rainey street that has a lot of groceries and a coffee shop.

Fantastic stay

So much loved staying 3 nights in Natiivo Austin. I dropped one star just because the parking was not provided for free, you have to pay $40/night for valet. Everything else was so perfect and organized. The unit was so clean and all the furniture was new, bathrooms were bright clean. The location was also great and close to many spots.

Room did not have hot water

Room did not have hot water so we were not able to shower after spending the day in hot and humid Austin. Staff was very polite, but did not solve the issue during our stay. I reached out to Vacasa customer service and they never called me back (1 star review until they contact me). Watch out for the 10am checkout time (industry standard is 11am). An open contact wrapper was left in bathroom from previous guest. Very high price for room given what we had to deal with.
