Checking in was super easy and the room was clean. Great communications with the owner. We really liked the location. While check in is at 4 pm, contacted the owner and asked if we could just drop our luggage so we could head out without it and he was great about letting us do that. Would stay again if we happen to be back in Austin.

This was a perfect place for me. It was a reasonable price, very secure property with free parking near the back of the house. It was quiet and my room was beautiful; had a Kurig, small fridge, and everything I needed. Breakfast was continental since it was a Monday and generously stocked. It was in a quaint neighborhood close to UT. I highly recommend.

Brava House is a charming bed and breakfast near the University. It has a variety of lovely rooms, although no elevator so be sure to inquire about access if that is a concern. The check in was contactless and all communication was done by text and email, which worked out fine. The breakfast room was pleasant, and I really enjoyed chatting with the breakfast host. Service on a weekday was limited to 830 to 930am. I believe the weekend days extended hours and more selections, but I was very pleased with what was offered. There is plenty of parking but if you don’t have a car plan on getting there by ride share as the home is located in a residential area.

The place was comfortable, clean, and had such a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The hospitality was especially appreciated, and we are very grateful for all the kindness and help we received.❤️

It appears that the issue that I originally had concerns about was lack of information regarding check in but that was due to an issue with Expedia not the property. Expedia failed to forward the information to me. The owner was very nice once he was contacted. We totally enjoyed our time at this location.
