House had so much charm! We loved the layout since we are all adults - lots of privacy with the layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms. Home had everything we needed! Beautiful neighborhood, close to everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for the Austin marathon and it was a great place for us and my niece and nephew for the weekend! Beautiful home and there is a lot of privacy between the three bedrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Great get-away

What a beautiful house. We were able to walk to SoCo and enjoy the retail and restaurants. The house has a lovely peaceful garden to sit and listen to the birds and relax with some coffee and visit with friends. The property has all the amenities we needed and comfortable beds too. We will be back! This place is truly a gem!

Easy walk to Congress Ave, the river and even downtown and neighborhood is quiet. Beds were comfortable and each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and had basics like coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent, etc. Comfortable outdoor patio furniture would have made it perfect. Overall great house.

Lots of space. Nice having 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms. Bedrooms were spread out to allow for privacy. Kitchen island was a nice gathering space. Walking distance to South Congress, which has shopping and dining. Also a nice short walk to Lady Bird Trail, which has a path allowing you to walk along the Colorado River. The outdoor space could be something great with a few upgrades. We didn't use it at all, but would have if more than a folding table and chairs were available. Overall, good accommodations and we'd stay here again.

The house was clean comfortable and convenient to grocery stores entertainment and restaurants The reason I gave it a 4 is there were no blinds or proper window covering in the bedroom off the kitchen I had to put a sheet on the front window for privacyAll the beds were comfortable the sheets were soft the kitchen was fabulous.

The descriptions of this home were spot on. Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to parks, shops, and dining, as well as the airport and downtown, I felt we were in the ideal location. The management is attentive and responsive, even though it is corporate. If you have children, you might need to bring your own bedding if you don't want them sleeping in your king-size bed, but the beds are comfortable.

Loved this place! Perfect gathering spot for our family to connect while in town for a memorial service. Kitchen, bathrooms and beds were so nice and spacious! Decor is fun! Wish we had gotten to spend more time at the house and enjoy the ambiance! The location was great and made it easy to drive to the events we were in town for. Highly recommend!!!

The only thing we could not figure out was the upstairs tv. We could not get it to work. The other tvs were very small but we were nit in the house that much during the day so it was ok. House Is gorgeous. Perfect location and tons of room. Will definitely come back.

Fun Austin Retreat

Spacious, beautiful and well appointed property. Located within walking distance of many venues, bars and restaurants, with rideshares galore readily available as well. The management company responded rapidly to the small problem we had concerning the house not being ready when we arrived and sent a team to rectify the problem.
