Check-in was terrible. They sent us instructions for the wrong unit and we walked into an already occupied unit. The code they gave us was for the wrong unit based from the listing we booked, and it didn't work. Also, the phone number listed in the instructions was not a working number so we couldn't get a hold of the host! After finally finding another number to call and leaving 2 messages, somebody called us back and then had me on hold for 5 minutes and said he needs to find my booking and call back. Then he texted me asking for confirmation of the listing and proof of payment. A few minutes later he texted me a code to a completely different unit. When we got inside we realized there we no hand soap in the bathrooms and no toilet paper, the hand towel ring in the downstairs bathroom was barely attached to the wall and it smelled rotten in there. The towels were stained and walls needed touch up paint badly. The upstairs toilet wasn't working properly. Also the listing says that 1 of the rooms had 2 twin beds, which was not the case! Would never stay here again, way over priced and unreliable. It was also right next to a very busy and loud street. The ONE positive was the location.
