Property mgr and staff member were arguing and fighting when I checked in. Drink machine malfunctioning and stole $2.25 from my CC. Property mgr told me he already knew about the broken machine. He allowed the machine to remain in service without any "OUT OF ORDER" sign posted either on the motels front door, or the machine! We argued a few minutes about him letting the public use the machine while malfunctioning. This guy is a REAL TOOL! He's rude, mean,and disrespectful. I had to buy disinfecting wipes, shower shoes, and spray for the bathroom, tub, and toilet which didn't half way flush. tOILET WAS LOOSE FROM ITS MOUNTINGS. DIRTY, CHIPPED FURNITURE, CIGARETTE BURNED,AND PUNCTURED, CHAIR CUSHIONS. The towel racks mounting screws pulled through the sheetrock as I tried to hang the towel, and the rack hit the floor. The wall next to the TV looked like somebody sneezed, and left the mess there uncleaned. There are NO ice machine, or water fountains on the property. This is one of the WORST places that I have ever spent the night in. I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE InTown Suites Extended Stay!

I was a little nervous based off reviews but honestly it was very good for the price. My room was cleaned they even refreshed it during my short stays the front desk was nice the housekeepers greeted me in the hallls. I liked. The location a little hard at night I missed the turn in. But I’d stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! EXPEDIA WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU OR FIGHT ON YOUR BEHALF FOR YOUR MONEY. If you love roach infested and a borderline condemned hotels, then this is the hotel for you! The first red flag should have been the notification of no overnight staff. The second red flag was upon arrival. The parking lot looked to be a junk yard with the mass amounts of “trash bag boarded” windows and what’s to be assumed as homeless sleeping either within the vehicles or making their way onto the premises. Additionally, as we walked along the property, there were rooms with light on and the windows were open. With just a glance inside, it became apparent that there are permanent residents living within this “hotel”. The third red flag was the amount of tweakers that we saw smoking drugs outside on the curbs. The final straw was when we made it inside the building. The entire place smelled like the inside of a smoking receptacle. Our room was identical to a murder scene. The counter tops were stained and the countertop laminate was peeling all around. The fridge was disgusting and rusted. The laminate flooring was torn and peeling. Roaches everywhere. The shower was leaking and rusted. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. And to top it off, the beds looked like they were slept in and someone just threw the comforter over the top of the dirty sheets. There is definitely more to be listed but if by now you are that curious, book a stay for yourself.
