everything in the house was set up well for our family which included grandparents, their adult children and 2 little granddaughters. the views were fantastic and it was fl great that the boat we rented could pick us up at the dock:)

We had a great time at the property! The listing accuracy was accurate and we had no issues during our stay. The private boat dock, infinity pool, and hot tub were all big hits. We will absolutely return in the future.

Beautiful home, no AC

The lake house was beautiful and spacious enough to comfortably sleep our large group (around 16–20 people). The home itself was gorgeous, with stunning views and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was well-equipped for a group getaway and had great outdoor spaces to enjoy the lake.Unfortunately, we did run into some issues during our stay. The air conditioning was out for a little over 24 hours, which made it very uncomfortable, especially for such a large group in the Texas heat. The pool light also wasn’t working, which made evening swims less enjoyable. For a large family, we planned to cook and they had no large pots or pans. It was crazy that such a huge beautiful home, had no pots and pans (only 2 very small pots). While these issues didn’t ruin our trip, they did impact our overall comfort and experience.This property could have been a perfect 5-star stay...but not with the issues we experienced.

Property location was great. Layout of property was great for our group of three families, offering everyone enough space. Property shows age in some areas. Maintanance is visibly needed in some areas. Master bedroom did not have working AC which was uncomfortable.

Lakeway Family Vacation

We stayed for a family vacation. It was awesome! The house was so spacious. Safe for our toddler Grand-daughter. We had a great time on the dock. The swing rope was a big hit. The layout of the bedrooms was great with all the bathrooms. We planned meals to cook at the house and while most of the items we needed, were available, we would recommend a few more basic kitchen utensils / cooking items (for example, we had to buy a can opener :) and there were not some of the basic size pancake flippers, spatulas, baking equipment etc. The grill worked well and the grill utensils were there. Pool was in good shape, clean and clear. Overall, the family loved the weekend and would love to return some day!

Great Stay

It was a good stay, the home was exactly as advertised and we would gladly stay again. We just needed more blankets which we could not find anywhere and there wasn't enough garbage space when checking out.

Awesome lake getaway

This place was the Bees Knees. Everyone who stayed had an amazing time the boat dock was so much fun to jump off of, we were alittle worried about the bunk beds at first but they are HUGE!

READ BAD ALL REVIEW - (They very are accurate)

If you are looking for a place that has broken amenities, lights that dont work, very very poor wifi, hot tubes that dont work, limited tvs (that require wifi), dirty windows you cant see out of, a pool that you cant swim in because its dirty and below 50 degrees, dirty outdoor seating, and a host / renter club lead that doesnt respond to you then this is the place for you. Overall this house is in a really great location on the lake, but it is a shame how the owners of the house dont take care of it. We also had to "communicate" fully through the renters club. I out quotation in because it is a very one-sided conversation.

Bachelorette party

The place was overall very nice & clean! Occasional bugs crawling around but that’s just texas summers. The property manager was SO helpful in getting us whatever we needed. Our group was rather needy & she never minded us texting her at all hours of the night to ask for certain things around the house whether it was extra fans, a new speaker, someone to clean the pool, etc,. I would definitely recommend this place & would definitely stay again!!

Lake house

Perfect place to relax and pamper ourselves. Stayed as a “girls weekend”. Plenty of space so that we could come together when we wanted and yet have our privacy as well. We did yoga on the balcony and hung out at the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped. A couple of small things came up and the hostess (Deanna) was very responsive and kind.

The Perfect Girl's Getaway

My group of friends and I had a fantastic experience at this property — the pool area was beautiful, the sleeping arrangements were ideal for a big group (even the bunk room was quite private and had large beds), and the location was unbeatable (we were even able to be picked up for a boat day directly from the private dock). We'll be back!

Poorly maintained

This property is an older lake Way property. It is absolutely gorgeous on the cliff that it sits. The owners are not maintaining this property at all. The outside of the property was extremely filthy. The pool area was unable to be used. Pool heater broke outside lawn furniture all had bird poop all over it. The inside of the property was clean, but Minnie made it to shoes. Dishwasher trays were missing wheels lights didn’t work the only TV that worked was in the bunk room. I did read the review after we had paid for our week and I called the property manager, and she told me not to worry that everything would be taken care of and that she would send me videos of my concerns prior to me arriving she never did. No one contacted us the entire stay to see if everything’s all right or anything could be done We did have a stranger show up on the property wearing a body camera while we were there said he was looking for sun classes?? For the price we paid for this property. It should be well-maintained and it’s not.

Dont Ever Stay here

There was rat/other animal excrement in every single bedroom behind the pillows. No one had cleaned this house in months. It was beyond disgusting. Bathrooms, sinks, tubs all had spider webs. Place was a total and unequivocal disaster. It is also massively run down and outside area is straight up dangerous with loose brick and missing steps and the pool hasnt been looked after in years.
