This resort-style island offers a peaceful getaway and a carefree lake life experience! The condo is fully stocked with every comfort and kitchen utensil you could possibly need. The resort amenities will make you never want to leave! There are two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and hot tubs. (Note: The indoor pool and hot tub are currently closed for repairs.) This is the perfect lakeside getaway!

Surprising amenities- KitchenAid mixer, Keurig, drip coffee maker, Smart TVs, plush towels, board games, & every kitchen utensil to spoil a chef! Very comfortably sleeps 6, per fire code. Super easy elevator access with two designated covered parking spots (plus overflow if needed) for your convenience.

The renowned Lake Travis is a beautiful and FUN lake, but it is not a constant-level lake. If you are looking to bring a boat, we highly suggest checking the lake levels through the LCRA website for Lake Travis (Mansfield). Boat Ramps are open when the level is below 679` msl (mean sea level) and Boat Parking is open when lake levels are below 675` msl.

ILT Main Boat Ramp:
Available only when the lake level is 666’ MSL to 679` MSL.
Ramp closes when water exceeds 679` MSL due to flooding
Ramp closes when water drops below 666` MSL due to accessibility

ILT Low Water Ramp:
Available only when the lake level is 643` MSL to 658` MSL.
Ramp becomes visible when water drops below 661` MSL
Ramp has the best access when water drops below 658` MSL
Ramp closes when water drops below 643` MSL due to accessibility

⚠ Important Notes:
All launches are at your own risk
When water levels are between 658` MSL and 666` MSL, both ramps close
When water levels fall below 643` MSL, both ramps close
During closures, please use alternative public boat ramps

* There is an EXTERIOR monitoring camera at the entrance to the condo as well as cameras around the complex. Absolutely NO cameras on any interior areas of the condo whatsoever.

Main Rules:
- Don`t get too rowdy, but make sure to enjoy your stay!
- No pets allowed- NO exceptions. The complex is very strict on no pets.
- No smoking in the unit. If you smoke on the balcony, doors must be shut tight. If any smoke smell remains you will be charged $250.
- Remove all trash and wash dishes prior to check out
- Obey all condo complex rules (pool hours, appropriate dress, quiet hours, etc.)
