Beautiful property with fabulous views

This condo checked all the boxes. Great property, great location, beautiful views, room for big family, lots of guests, or just four good friends going to a race that needed separate bedrooms. Lakeland Texas is an exclusive enclave just outside of Austin. The listing does not cover all of the things that the property offers. One would think by the listing that tennis is the reason for visiting, but in actuality there is a really nice pool, small pool for the kids, playground for the kids, a skate park, basketball court, and access to a very nice walking trail. Well worth the cost of the rental! We had a great experience and strongly recommend this property.

Comfortable, clean and convenient

The door was double locked so couldn't get into the property initially, but text and phone contact resolved the issue by letting us access the lock box. Bed was comfortable and living room sofa was very relaxing and inviting. Convenient to plenty of green space and lovely walks. small additional issue: Wifi password was not exactly what was listed in the welcome package... so a bit frustrating initially. Hopefully they have fixed it for future guests.

Nice place, but it has some issues.

There is lots of room in the condo and the kitchen is fully equipped. We had a problem with not having hot water, and then hot water in the bathroom sink that took about 3-5 minutes to heat up. To their credit, Vacasa sent over plumbers to try to help. There is a leak under the sink in the Master bedroom and several of the plumbing handles have hot and cold mixed up. Also, we found several dead cockroaches and old Cherrios, so the cleaning could use a refresher. There was no bath mat in the Master. However, there were super soft Makeup towels which I enjoyed. The front steps are worn, cracked, need paint and are a bit dangerous if you are wearing high heels. Despite a few challenges, it was a nice place overall, but not "lavish."

Thanksgiving in Texas

Came into town for Thanksgiving with our family that live in Lakeway. Townhouse was perfect for our family and we had plenty of room. We had a great visit and will stay here again next time we visit!

Family gathering

The townhouse was perfect, plenty of room for my family, great location. My grandchildren loved having the tennis court directly off the back porch to play. I would definitely book this property again. Be prepared to go up and down stairs though. Very nicely decorated as well.

Clean but small issues

We have been staying at the world of tennis for years. We love the location. Just needs some minor work. This particular condo is nicely decorated. But one room has issues with the electric. The fan would not work or the light. Also the TV would not work not did it work in the bunk rooms. I also think the a/c does not cool like it should. It felt muggy in the master bedroom. Also, the master door to the balcony has a crack because it needs weather stripping so leaks warm air into the room.

Nice place with space.

Nice place to stay with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Its about 30 to 45 min drive to places but a nice Neiborhood.
