Great location and size for family visit to UT. Apartment was clean and easy check-in. Furniture slightly worn and dishwasher difficult to load due to tilt. Overall, great place to stay and would rent again.

Girls trip

The condo fit the 3 of us just right. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and having ceiling fans in every room was nice. The location couldn't have been any better for our trip. The only downside was not being able to use the sparkling pool, but the listing didn't have a pool so that's fair. We would stay here again!

Girls Weekend in Austin

We had a cozy, clean stay here. The price was a great value considering the high prices of rentals in downtown. We were able to easily get Ubers and move around the city with ease. We felt safe in this neighborhood which is a big plus. My friend and I both had a bathroom and our bedroom that was very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo in Great Location

I recently needed to spend a month in Austin, and this place was just about perfect for all my needs. I needed to travel to West Lake Hills on a regular basis during my stay, and it was easy to get to from the Condo. I was very comfortable throughout my stay. I loved that there was a great grocery store less than half a mile away. The neighborhood felt very safe and was pretty quiet overall. Check-in was a breeze and communication with Vacasa was quick and easy. I would definitely come back if I needed to stay in Austin again.

Spacious and convenient parking. Noticed a big splash stain on kitchen ceiling so reported to make sure we weren't held responsible. Very quick & positive response. A bit more cleaning detail to bathroom light fixtures & ceiling fan (sounds fussy but they really needed attention) but overall a pleasant place to stay.

Good location but not great APT

Good wifi, clean enough, the house is a bit worn in some areas. location was prime but the complex sucked, who has a pool and not let people use it is ridiculous. Beds squeaked, terrible window coverings with no blackout, Shower hot water runs out quick, family of 4 went cold on the 3rd person. Lights on all night outside windows that shine in. Patio not connected to unit, Master Bathroom not connected to master. No fans for the rooms. AC worked ok but took time to cool down. no laundry provisons, they never brought any when we asked. Check in was 4pm not a moment sooner we were told, no exceptions. Host responded slowly or not at all to help us with a few issues and questions. Overall not the best stay we have had, 6.2/10 ranking.

Clean and quiet. Not far from. Downtown.

Spacious. Very clean. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of towels. Need a car to explore Austin but good area for walking. Public golf course close by.

Great place in a convenient location.

This condo was very nice, very clean and well appointed. There were lots of little extras that are often missing at VRBO’s like a blender, extra blow driers, laundry supplies and lots of bath towels. I arrived after dark and it was difficult to find the parking spots so if you’ll be arriving late, ask for more specific directions to the back of the building. It was so well located and easy to get in and out of yet very quiet. The pool looked clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Fully stocked, great location!

Our family was displaced due to the winter storm last month and this apartment was absolutely perfect! Very clean, comfortable, roomie, and I’ve never stayed at a more fully stocked rental! There were towels, toiletries, etc...a plenty! The location is also great, very close to downtown and UT campus. Highly recommend!
