Work Off-Site Retreat

This was a perfect location to host my team off-site for a time of strategic planning overnight. We loved having Gati literally across the street, however, the house itself was very comfortable (including beds) and even tho it rained most of the day we were there, we enjoyed our stay. The night before we had a small private dinner in the backyard and it was perfect! Thanks so much for the small things y’all have done that go a long way!

Beautiful Modern House

My family stayed here for the weekend to go to a Longhorn Game. It is centrally located in Austin and a very short drive to the stadium. It is a modern design and is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. This neighborhood is definitely in transition. There are modern houses next to dilapidated areas. The neighborhood is active with construction as multiple tear down units are in progress. We never felt uneasy and frankly felt very secure. Kids enjoyed the house and it was very convenient. We would most likely stay again for future games. Hosts were very responsive and attentive.

Conference in Austin

Overall, it was a great stay. We were checked in late. They gave us the code by 4pm; however, three cars with cleaning ladies were still there and inside so we couldn't park. In addition to that, a couple maintenance people woke us up both days but we're meant for the unit in the back where the owners stayed. The owners also abruptly came over to access their garage. Although she was very polite with her daughter, this is not something you'd expect.

Excellent location and property

Our family just returned from spending 3 days at this beautiful property. So close to everything and yet located on a somewhat quiet street. The decor is sharp and clean from the rugs under the beds to the fantastic wallpaper and light fixtures. 3 full bathrooms! The kitchen area was stylish and spacious. Plenty of room inside and out. The pool was clean and just the right size. Any questions were answered promptly and kindly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
