This property was perfect for our group! Plenty of gathering spaces with lovely individual rooms to enjoy. Favorite location in Austin so far!

Great place for a large group close to downtown

My family members/in-laws all really enjoyed the property; it did not disappoint. Check-in info was clear and went very smoothly with gate/door codes provided as scheduled. (Very convenient to have door/gate codes vs. keys!) The property manager, Dakota Haines, was outstanding: very professional, helpful, and answered my numerous questions promptly. The entire property consists of four main units and a game room, however, there is an option to rent only 2 of the 4 units but still have private use of the common areas. Our units were 3 floors each with various sleeping areas and common areas including fully stocked, upscale "cooks" kitchens. One unit had two nice living areas. The other had a 3rd floor deck with an outdoor couch and a fabulous cityscape view. The bedding was all luxurious and comfortable. The master bedroom in one unit had an amazing modern bath area w/ two showers, a soaking tub, double vanity, and a smart toilet. The property, within a great, quiet "old" Austin neighborhood near downtown, was fenced/gated so very private/secure with great outdoor amenities: a beautiful, heated pool, separate jacuzzi area, several chaise lounge chairs, a large outdoor bar/grill area w/ TV, a large group table/chairs, a double chaise lounge, two hammocks, etc. Gaming options included a putting green and indoor pool table. The property had everything that was advertised; everyone in my group was impressed. Highly recommend. The only complaint: we didn't stay longer!!!
