Adorable SoCo Bungalow convenient and clean

We had a great time at the SoCo BoHo Bungalow. The house was spacious for our 5 person family and provided just what’s we needed for holiday travel.

it was a great location for us. a few flaws.. it down poured so the bathroom in the lower level flooded. id suggest more supplys in the kitchen. but overall enjoyed it.

Cute house, hip style, great location

Its an older home with beautiful renovations that awed my family. We were 8 adults over 40 and felt quite comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The primary suite is located downstairs. It's spacious and nicely appointed. Watch out, the staircase is pretty steep though! Other bedrooms are just as comfortable. The street is quiet and a short walk to all that South Congress has to offer. Great rental for a large group.

Classy place

In town for a birthday party. Great location and very clean. Kitchen was missing some essentials. No toaster, no hand mixer(I baked a birthday cake), no mixing bowls, no pot holders or extra dish towels. Also no cork screw for our wine! Minor things that would make the stay more convenient. Really LOVED the decor and the layout concept. We could be fixing a meal in the kitchen and talking to the family sitting in the living room! Would definitely use this rental again!

Enjoyed our stay in Austin. Easy access to South Congress area. We didn’t use outdoor space due to rainfall and falling leaves and limbs. Very comfortable beds and bedrooms.

Great location to S Congress

Home is as advertised. Nicely appointed and host was responsive to any inquiries. We will definitely be looking to rent here again when we return.

Cute House, Great Location, Some Issues

Great little house that's walking distance to a ton of restaurants and a brand new grocery store. Unfortunately, the house was missing a lot of kitchen items (e.g. no cooking knives, no toaster, no wine opener!) and basics (only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided). The house also needed some maintenance: garbage disposal was broken, a bathroom sink handle fell off, one smoke detector was missing and another had no battery. The outdoor deck and stairs were filthy and covered with branches and leaves and one large limb had fallen on it. Hopefully, the house gets some TLC, because it's so well decorated and close to everything on South Congress.
