Good location and responsive host but not clean

We lived in Austin for years and returned for a wedding so we were familiar with the area. It’s a very nice neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops. The host was very responsive, however the property wasn’t cleaned. We found old French fries and pizza crust on the floor of the living room. The floor turned our feet black while walking barefoot. Linens were fresh and they clearly had someone wipe things down between guests but it just feels dirty. It’s clearly a bachelor(ette) party spot and feels like it’s been heavily worn down and not well maintained. It’s in need of a deep clean and repairs to be an accurate representation of the online listing. I reached out to the host and mentioned the cleanliness and he offered to have the cleaners come back by. We declined because we had small kids in the house and we’re getting ready for our event. It’s frustrating to pay a cleaning fee just to have to take time out of your trip to deal with a poorly maintained property.

Great spacious condo

A family of five senior citizens were very pleased with the accommodation- very spacious, comfortable beds, parking included. We had several questions and the property manager answered promptly. Check In especially smooth and we loved the reminders and communications
