The immediate neighborhood is in the process of redevelopment and is a transitional area about a half mile away from more developed areas. While the exterior of the condo buildings are older and need quite a bit of work, the complex is constantly improving and the interior of the space is an updated, modern retreat with Fiber internet and a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney Plus, and Prime.

NOTE: The complex is undergoing a major facelift (which is exciting) so there is quite a bit of construction around, including our building. Our nightly rate reflects this.

Coded entry via secure smart lock for your safety. For parents and families, a Pack-n-Play and stroller are available upon request. Pool floaties are also available upon request.

The unit can host up to 6 guests max, 2 in each of the two bedrooms, plus 2 more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Any additional guests beyond 6 will be fined.

There's a community pool and coin laundry facilities on site. You are permitted the use of up to 2 parking spaces during your stay. Parking spaces are unassigned, so you can park wherever is most convenient for you.
