The property is located in an ideal location on Congress. The amenities & extras provided were wonderful- I saw a pack n play, highchairs, extra blankets, a standing floor fan, plenty of towels and even a makeup removal towel in the bathroom, so those things were very well thought out. Things I wish I would have known prior to booking that would have made me reconsider; the provided free parking spot is very far from the apartment. I chose the convenience of parking in the garage right next to the building, which was 56 for the night. The back patio door lock was completely nonfunctional. This apartment is on the first floor so this was very worrisome (had I had my kids there I would have been very upset). We found a broom that unscrewed at the handle to put in the track which would have been ideal in addition to it. *The super sweet owner came down with another longer bar when I let them know* I would’ve slept better had bedroom door (which is right next to the patio door) locked, but this one did not function either. There was a drawer front completely missing in the kitchen. The upstairs neighbors must be elephants because we heard every single step they took around their apartment above us for the entire evening. This space was huge but very well lived in - all just things I wish I was able to take in to consideration with the great location and price.
