Lovely, peaceful, and wonderful for adults/ kids

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was so close to our wedding venue and was the perfect place to station for a day with kids. Very clean and plenty of cooking/laundry/cleaning supplies when needed. Communication with owner was also very clear and helpful.

Peaceful place a short drivw from Austin

We stayed here when in town for a wedding. What a peaceful place this was. We watched deer, coyotes and roadrunners wander just on the other side of the fence. The deck was amazing. Property was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Stires were nearby and plenty of places to explore. I would absolutely stay here again if travels take me back to this area.

Dripping Springs Hideaway on a Hill

We loved everything from start to finish! Upon arriving we immediately noticed how clean the property was and how perfectly setup and arranged the rooms and layout were. The views off the back patio are simply stunning! The deer were another highlight, delighting these city folk every morning and evening. Absolutely the spring break we needed. Grandson Approved!

My family, including our daughter's family, had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. The house was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home base for our vacation. The views from the property were nothing short of spectacular, adding a special touch to our mornings and evenings.Our grandson was in heaven with all the activities available right at the house. From swings to a sand pit, watching the animals, and plenty of open space to run and play, there was never a dull moment. It was such a joy watching him have so much fun.Chris, the host, was exceptional—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We’re already planning our next trip back because we loved it so much! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway.

Lovely home with a beautiful view

My wife and I traveled with our 2 young boys (5,3) and my in laws came too. They took the upstairs master suite and we stayed downstairs near our boys. The space worked out well and the house is very well stocked with supplies and necessary items for cooking and cleaning. The kids loved the playground equipment outside and the sandbox and swings. We’d definitely stay here again if we had a future trip to the area.

Perfect property for our wedding in Dripping Springs. Really not that far from the airport or Austin area Great views out the back as I had morning coffee with the deer.

We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect place to stay. Everything you need is in this house and the views from the back deck cannot be matched super experience. Great communication. We would stay here again and will recommend to friends. Thanks Chris!

Great Property and Location

My husband and I stayed from Wednesday-Sunday. We loved the location and the property as well. It was very peaceful. Not too far from other little towns you might want to visit like Fredericksburg and Wimberley. We got to see some deer on the property. We will definitely be back. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Nieces Graduation

My daughters and I flew in for my niece's graduation. The house was close to everything but also very quiet and secluded. We enjoyed the house very much it was everything as advertised. The deck/patio was amazing! We would spend our mornings out there having coffee and our evenings relaxing after long days of sight seeing and family events! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Thanksgiving Trip to Dripping Springs

Great House for Two Families

This house was just perfect for our 2 family vacation. We had 4 adults and 5 young kids (all under 6) and it was perfect. The outside has the playground that kids LOVED and the adults could see them from the patio and the kitchen windows which was great. We saw deer, rabbits, and even a tarantula (which the kids enjoyed). The house is close to many area attractions including Pedernales Falls and Hamilton Pool. And H-E-B if you keep forgetting items like we did! The AC had issues while we were there but I called TurnKey and everything was resolved within hours. We were very satisfied with our visit and would recommend it for others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House was wonderful, when we arrive we had a bottle of wine waiting for us and the view was amazing. The Entire house was immaculate, even though we were not in the house much because we had a wedding to attend and not able to enjoy it as much as we liked it was a nice place to stay, hopefully maybe rent again but just to stay and enjoy the view next time. The only downside was the check-out time, 10:am is very early and the owner showed up prior to 10 am and we felt rushed, the prior evening my daughter was married at a venue down the street and we had a lot of decorations, etc to pack, and we just felt rushed but overall it was still a beautiful home. the pictures do not do it's justice.
