"Great stay! Super close to UT which we needed. Th only negative would be that the air condition would get cold then hot if we moved the thermostat up. Maintenance came and told us anything above 70 would get warmer but then it was too cold at times. Kinda of frustrating but overall it was clean and nice stay."

"Great stay we were coming from the Aiden which has amazing reviews on here (9) but we weren’t happy with the air not working. We came to the Hampton Inn and got a much better experience. There’s street parking in the back so skip the parking fee if you don’t mind walking half a block (50 ft). Everything is close enough and the parking situation was the cherry on top."
