Walking distance to Zilker Park, ACL, and so much more!

  • The space offered is a private guest house at the rear of the owner's homestead. It is like a country cabin; a studio layout with complete kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and stacked washer/dryer. There is plenty of parking and outdoor living space. The Cabin is an ancillary dwelling to a 100 year old bungalow in the middle of Austin; walking distance to many quality restaurants, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake, and so much more!
