"The hotel and staff were fantastic, My only grievance would be that I had emailed weeks before arriving explaining my husband was coeliac and could they accommodate at breakfast. Hôtel advised they could, on the first morning we asked for gluten free bread 30 mins later two rolls were brought to the table warm on the outside and still frozen on the inside. There wasn't any gluten free pastries or biscuits. My husband bought his own bread which he brought to breakfast each morning. There are...

"Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and beautifully designed. We had a great night's sleep on a comfortable bed in a quiet room. The location put us near parks and landmarks. Simple Hotel Near Central Station

"We arrived early in the day and our room was ready when we arrived. The room was simple and clean. Three of us stayed in the room, and there was only one bed. There was ample space within the room to set up my son's travel air mattress on the floor next to the bed. They left us an extra set of sheets and blankets to use on the air mattress. The included breakfast buffet was a big hit with all but the vegan member of our family (there wasn't anything for the vegan to eat). The location, just steps from the central train station, was great for our stay in Vienna. Note that it took awhile to walk to the closest subway station -- since it required walking through the full central train station to get to it."
