「Easy to access , comfortable beds, staff was friendly, we were not impressed with the breakfast (3/5).」

「Excellent staff. Cordarryl and Kyndra were kind, funny, and accommodating. The hotel was well decorated, and the gym was the cleanest hotel gym I’ve ever used.」

「At a few minutes before 6:00 am, 24/7 coffee was terrible, and must have sitting all night; not even warm. Parking lot is very strange. Rooms can hear almost any noise in and outside of hotel. Bathroom and room amenities were very basic at best. We go through area twice a year but will not stay her again as way overpriced for what is presented. ☹️」

「Clean room, staff, and parking are good. Breakfast is okay because there are no hard boiling egg and fruits such as banana or oranges.」

「The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled.」

「As a female who travels alone, this hotel makes me feel very safe. My room was very clean as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful. I’ll stay here any time when I travel.」

「My family and I stayed from June 10th through June 14th. Unfortunately, the bathroom appeared to be in need of remodeling, and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. In addition, the carpet had a noticeable mildew odor, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.」

「The room 805 was the dirtiest Embassy Suites room I’ve ever stayed in. Honestly it should have been closed down. The beds didn’t have skirts on them so the mattress fully exposed. The sheets didn’t stay secure down. The furniture had stains, the ceiling had brown spots form water damage, and the shower water poured out into the floor. We had 2 young kids tired from traveling all day so we sucked it up. We Told the front staff how bad the room was. 」
