“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

“Over the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable, and lots of space for a family of 3. Loved the location, easy to feel like a local, lots of cafes and close to the metro. Host was very quick with communication. The shower and bathroom needs some cleaning or renovation work, lots of mold build up in the shower and around the bathroom. Shower also didn't drain properly. Property itself was very damp, so likely contributed to the mold growth. Also found some areas a bit dusty, dirty, or just not……

“We loved this apartment! Great distribution, beautiful decor, the beds were comfortable and very clean. The building is located in a beautiful area with high end stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. There is a small grocery store just around the corner.
