    Unwind and enjoy the spectacular ocean views from this beautifully appointed villa. Relax on one of the two balconies looking over the Pacific; the side balcony is private and has a propane BBQ. Just a quick walk to the pool, spa, gym and croquet court! There are only 7 steps to the road!!The washer/dryer are conveniently located in a small laundry room just outside the front door of the villa.
    Maximum Occupancy: 2 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Living Room: Futon Sleeper

    Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables).

    NO smoking, NO parties/events.
    NO PETS ($300/day fine) allowed per HOA rules.

    You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.

The property was immaculate and as advertised, and the balconies and bedroom windows face the East….allowing an amazing sunrise view every time!!Additionally, the updated golf cart proved invaluable and was awesome during daytime and nighttime excursions…. Would rent again 15 out of 10 times.

Hamilton cove is an out of the way quiet place to stay during the bustle of a summer day in catalina. We are long distance swimmers and love swimming from hamilton cove, past descanso beach to the casino dive park and back. The condo is a beautiful quiet setting.

Stayed here to work remotely for a week. Everything was great. View was amazing. Short ride to the town. Really appreciated only a few steps to the unit.

Beautiful Villa

This Villa 8-94 was the absolute best stay we've had on the Island. Everything was clean and well thought out. The view is countless and priceless.

The "only 7 steps" to the road was important for us and this condo was good in that regard. It was clean and well maintained. Response time from the management company was excellent. We only had a few simple questions during our stay and replies came quickly. Beautiful view from the deck, but the HOA restrictions made use of it less than we would have liked. Rules and rules, I guess, so we followed them. The complex is a short cart drive from town and most Catalina Island activities. We found that was a good thing as the crowds swelled as the weekend approached and it was nice to get away from the hubbub. The Hamilton Cove development is not new, but this condo is wearing its age well. We would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful

The only thing that needs to be addressed is transportation when getting off the ferry, we had to wait 45 minutes and got lucky and ride shared with another family. You would think that the Taxi companies would know when the ferries came in and have multiple vehicles ready, but they didn’t.

Lovely!

Spacious! Even nicer in person. The views from the oversized balcony were fabulous. You cannot beat only having 7 steps to the unit! Golf cart is brand new and works great. Super wonderful bldg location right next to the amenities center...can just walk to pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. We loved playing tennis and mini golf in the neighborhood. Hamilton Cove could use some new rackets as what they have is pretty old...but for our novice family what they had worked. Bed was comfy. Kids weren't too excited about the futon (said it was too hard and cold)so they ended up sleeping on the couch which they said was very comfy. Overall beautiful stay and would highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ H894 was absolutely everything we hoped it would be and more! We booked this villa to celebrate Mother's Day💐Father's Day💪and both of our birthdays 🎉 🥳and it was the perfect place to unwind. The villa was exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The ocean views are simply breathtaking. Our favorite part was leaving the doors open at night and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Waking up to the ocean every morning was pure magic, and I honestly haven't slept that well in a very long time. Being that Hamilton Cove utilizes all the space, the "only 7 steps" feature was much more appreciated than we realized it would be, especially after long days exploring the island. And the included golf cart was a huge bonus! We loved taking spontaneous drives around Avalon, discovering areas of the island we'd never seen before, and soaking in the relaxed island atmosphere. After a demanding school year and the nonstop pace of everyday life, this was exactly the peaceful escape we needed. If you're looking for a beautiful, well-equipped villa with incredible views, easy access, and everything you need for a memorable stay, H894 is the place. We would absolutely stay here again!
