Wonderful Condo
My husband and I brought our twin 5 year old grand kids. This home was perfect for our family. It has everything you would ever need and the view is spectacular. It is really nice to be away from the crowded town of Avalon but be able to use the golf cart when we do want to go to town.

We just love the ocean view from the balcony. We made it point to get this property again for our stay on Catalina Island. This property was absolutely gorgeous with breath taking views. It was well kept, clean, walking distance to the private beach, close to the pool, came with a golf cart to get around and explore with, bbq on patio with an amazing surrounding scene, could hear the ocean feom patio and inside our condo, lots of room inside and open layout, was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again, but for longer next time.

The views for this property cannot be properly conveyed through photos. It’s gorgeous! Wrap around balcony with multiple views of the sea/harbor. Brilliant property with gorgeous amenities. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Easy communication. Spacious 1 bedroom. But let’s face it…it’s the views, views, views
