“I booked this 3 br as part of celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. Loved the 3 king beds as we are a 6 foot tall family. We cooked about half of the time and were pleased w the kitchen facilites. The dining room with a sea view found us around the table together for most of our meals.A few steps from the condo and we were poolside. A few more and our toes were in the sand and Caribbean Sea!We found the security staff, lifeguards and on-site……

“We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was yummy, and we slept like babies. The roof top dipping pool and sunning area was cool. Beach access across the road was nice, too. Always a cool breeze that helped beat the heat during……

“This was a delightful place to stay. The condo is very clean and lovely. The king sized bed is very comfortable. The courtyard is lovely and contains one of the two pools on the property. The condo is about 200 yards from the ferry, and is right across from the town’s plaza (we watched all of the Dia de Los Muertos activities there).The eastern shore of the ocean is right outside, off your balcony. You cannot swim right there, but a short walk takes you to the swimming area. The souvenir vendors……

“Property exactly as described. Amazing view and right by the town square. Golfcart rental and market next door. We had a few minor issues bc of a tropical storm but the host ensured we were able to arrive at a different casita with same view. We had an issue with the door one day and the manager was on site in less than 5 minutes and worked to get us in. Pool was clean and cold and other amenities were as described as well. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!”

“The accommodations / house were fine but the house is surrounded by extremely loud dance clubs and bars. The management company should warn guest about this to be fair. They kept the family up until 3 am on Saturday, 1 am on Friday and stopped around midnight during the weekday. Unfortunately if you stay in this location you simply will not sleep and it ruins the experience.”
