“ I really enjoyed my stay here. I loved how close it was to Wilton manors Main Street with bars restaurants. I didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub while I was here, but it looked like it was really nice. When I arrived, it was easy to check in because I had already been provided the codes to get through the gate and into the door itself of the room. “There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. "I had a great stay at Kimpton EPIC Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight Hazel for her outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout my stay, always willing to help and making me feel truly welcomed. Her positive attitude really made a difference and added a lot to the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami."
