「Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.」

「Neighborhood is much louder than you'd expect, sounds more like a big city - windows do not isolate noise very much. The pictures were clearly taken and then the flat was not kept up - floors are dirty and have stains, cleaners had not vacuumed in quite some time...smells emanating throughout. 」
