"Did not even come close to our expectations. We checked in just to have somewhere to catch our breath and look for alternative accommodation. Left without talking to the host as we didn't want to waste any more time there. It was a converted garage and the so called courtyard was non excistent as your car needed to be parked in what was in fact the driweway."

"We were looking for an out of the way quiet apartment to base a month trip to Italy. I had heard about Calitri from a House Hunters International show on HGTV. The people of the town were lovey....friendly and welcoming to us. I orginally was not going to have a car but I think it would have been very difficult to be in this town with a car to explore surrounding areas. Host was super quick to respond with questions we had. All in all a great month! "

"Our stay at La Casa del Borgo, Brienza was exceptional... Felice was so kind to make sure that we found the apartment and parking. He had even stocked it with most needs, as well as snacks and fresh baked cake. It is well appointed for our use, really clean and so comfortable. The apartment is bright and modern and perfectly located within very short walking distance of cafes and restaurants as well as Melfi castle.
