No view from my room, no outside balcony, window looked into parking. Best location for the beach. Breakfast is on the fourth floor.. though no elevatior, if this is a problem.

Free yummy breakfast with a wonderful ocean view. Loved the room with and all of its unique decorations. Soaking tub was a great plus! So many great amenities too like beach umbrellas and chairs available as well as ice cream!

Great breakfast over looking the beach on the deck. No air conditioning in room. Having windos open can get very loud with olthe ocen waves. Water pressure in our room was not good. Bed was old and not comfortable. Ocen view was nice on our balcony and really liked the sofa.

Quick heads up, there's no AC. I'm glad I came in the spring. Very unique place with a lot of potential. Great staff. They are very helpful and were very understanding and as accommodating as possible.Unfortunately we experienced some issues. I really wanted to like it here, but it was just too dang muggy and stuffy in the room (instead of at late night/early morning). The bathroom is cute and has a whole spot for doing make up. But its hot in there and the lighting is terrible lol. Then the shower and all flooring was dirty. Hair from last guests still in the drain balled up and strands randomly through out the bottom stuck and dried. Also, the floor was extremely sandy upon us entering...so it wasnt swepped or cleaned before our check-in.There was a cockroach in the bathroom...so that was the end of it for me. We were already packing to leave when it was spotted, but still. I was disgusted at that point. I had the 2nd biggest room other than the 304 room that is huuuuge. The hot tub and bed were nice...but that's it. But I wouldn't stay there again. But I thank the manager for giving me a discount to try to make it right. And the front desk man for lending me his personal fan for the evening. P.S. Theres a tv in the hot tub room but there's no remote or cable hooked up. So bring your own roku or firestick.

The hotel is directly across the street from the ocean. Parking is out front and within the property. We opted for a room with a jet tub (no view) since our trip was going to be for the bike path, and let me tell you it was awesome & relaxin. When we got back, they had made homemade pecan pies with ice cream for all guest. All the stairs outside was lit up with string lights. They were quite a few lil secret spots to stop and enjoy wine or great company. They have bikes free for the guest available on the property. Just a note: they do not have elevators which was ok with us but if my mother would have came a 1st floor would have been a must. Ohh.. And a roof top Cafe (morning)!! This is a must and free to the guest. Great to sip on wine in the evening, listen and breathe in the ocean.

The rooms were clean and ours was decorated in a beach theme, the staff was very friendly and the amenities were great, it reminded me of being on a cruise ship ,we had a coffee bar upstairs with great breakfast ,beyond any continental breakfast I ever had at any hotel and pie and ice cream down in the lobby each evening at 7:00 .it was our first stay with them and we will be back, plus our room deck looked right out at the beach and ocean, shops and other restaurants were very close walking distance, never moved the car the whole four days there.
