The beach house is located on the second level. Summer Delight has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination, in unit washer/dryer and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has been recently been remodeled. The furnishings, linens are new and of high quality. There is a natural gas Bbq on the deck. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and serving dishes for a long stay at the beach.

No pets, No smokers. Occupancy 2 full time residents with 2 occasional overnight guests - max occupancy is 4 guests. Rent includes utilities, internet and water. Owner requires mid-month full cleaning & laundry service with Seven Sisters Vacation Rentals.
