「We love staying at The Collector and have several times. It is always very clean and well kept. It is antique and if you are on the lower level you will hear the guests above walking on the wood floor. Try the Well for a cocktail, they never disappoint and the staff are all great. The pool is a welcoming relief after walking all day through the shops and historical sites.」

Parking is additional (valet) but you can save the $40 and park in the open tourist lot (not affliated with hotel) that is just behind the hotel. 「Ellie welcomed us warmly and efficiently. We stayed in "Penny's Attic" so it was perfectly situated for my daughter and her husband in the main room and me in the alcove. We even had the top floor deck all to ourselves - beautiful sea breeze was felt even if we couldn't see the ocean. Close walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served. The only constructive criticism is the bed in the alcove is terribly hard and really uncomfortable. ...
