「From the moment I booked the room, I was impressed by the pro-active, efficient and excellent level of customer care and service from this hotel. They made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself was a surprisingly pleasant oasis of peace, greenery and tranquillity. When I chose the room initially, I saw that there were two types, one with a water view and one with a garden view.
