"Room had a horrible smoke smell and was not as clean as advertised. The lamp shade was broken and there were stains all over the walls and in the bathroom. Dead bolt was also broken, which made me feel unsafe. I stayed 2 nights and they added an extra towel and took the trash out, but did not give extra soap and did the bare minimum. "The Bungalow is well laid out, spacious, well furnished and in a fantastic location for exploring Edenton. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. "Wow! Charming property in a quintessentially quaint southern town. Comfortable, clean, and convenient to the things we like to do, such as kayak, dine out, check out the local culture (like karyoke night at the downtown wine shop and a game by the local minor league baseball team). The hosts are beyond amazing. Attendion to detail, lovely breakfast daily, and just the sweetest folks. I'll return again and again!"
