“Beautiful old chateau. Very comfy beds. No one around when we arrived. Had to wander the grounds looking for someone to check us in. We were offered a soft drink when the lady finally arrived. Never met the owners during our two days stay. We presumed they must be on holiday. Previous reviews were not the same as our experience. ”

“This was a lovely hotel to stay in overnight on our way South. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice walk in showers and tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant and they were very accommodating to my GF daughter, adjusting the menu for her needs. The food was good. An added bonus was the lake which was a 2 minute walk and had a beach and swimming. There was also a beach bar and an ice cream parlour.”

“要在指定時間check-in，做的員工很慢排長龍，check-in時話我們的房未比錢，其實是酒店未過數。房間很細，插頭只有二個，房中冷氣很細，另一間只有風無冷氣，即時同酒店員工反映，員工答應跟進，返回酒店發現仍無冷氣，再找員工幫忙，其中一員工到房睇堅持話剛開所以感覺唔到，但過一段時間仍只有風，再找員工時原來已放工無任何人幫手，這晚只有熱一晚，員工這樣極無責任心。”
