「Hot water wasn't working on the first day but they fixed it right away. Key card issues with the outside doors not opening with card. Had to reprogram. Then the room wouldn't work....
Other than this it was a great stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was the typical free breakfast all hotels seem to have....not great but it is free. If you want a good breakfast go to a restaurant.

「The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The only issue I had was; (1) the tub was peeling and (2) there was an odor in the hallway. Like dirty carpet or a mildew smell.」

「The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry.
