The convenience of this unit was amazing for our family! It was the first time skiing with our two kids, 4 and 6 yo, and to be able to walk easily to the bottom of the mountain for ski school was awesome. not to mention all the restaurants and village activities. Convenience was a top item for us but on top of that the unit had everything we needed to be comfortable. Nice towels, comfortable beds, all kitchen items we needed, an easy to turn on fire place. It really was great! The iTrip team was very helpful throughout our stay as well. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone and I would stay here again!
St James a great location in the village- our property well stocked and perfect set up for our party of 4. Staff rental property personnel super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, great accommodations
We were very pleased with our stay. This condo is conveniently located near the ice rink, walking distance to the lifts, shops, restaurants, and 3pm slope-side cookies. The unit was clean, spacious and well-maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location in BC!
We really enjoyed our stay in BC. The condo was spacious and clean, and the location was great! About a 5 minute walk through the village square to the slope and chair lifts. The hot tub and pool are across the courtyard. The only thing that could have been better is if the owners updated the master bathroom. Besides that, we loved our stay in BC and enjoyed the covered parking too!
We had a wonderful time at Beaver Creek for our spring break, and the SJP property was key part of that. It's located right off the central town commons/rink, easy walking distance to everything. The condo itself had a fully appointed kitchen for cooking, is right by the ski lockers (very convenient), and made good use of its space. I can easily recommend it. There were five of us, two adults and three kids between 9-15.
This 2 bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable with a good location and convenient parking. Spa amenities are great. The main negative is zero view from windows since the unit is below street level on that side, though there is still a patio for fresh air. Spa has nice hot tubs, pool, sauna, and steam room.
Wonderful property and very responsive management company!
We will absolutely stay here again. The location wonderful, walking right out and into the village.
Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the management company was fantastic.
We did have a little trouble finding the unit, but we were checking in well after hours due to car trouble. I would recommend adding “unit entrance located outside of St James Place, across the courtyard from the main lobby entrance” to the after-hours check-in information. Regardless, we were able to get help from the sister property contact information that was provided and all was well!
This property is perfect. It is accurately described. It is clean. It is comfortable. And it is just a few steps from the Beaver Creek village. The communication from the managers is friendly, and timely! Don’t hesitate to book this property for your vacation.
One discovery: there are 3 thermostats in the condo. You need to adjust all three to make it cozy on a winters day. But they work great!
We stayed as a family of 4 in Beaver Creek for a ski holiday. This unit was very well located - right at the end of the village, next door to the Market grocery shop, and 3-4 mins walk to ski school. We loved being in the central village location and being able to walk everywhere. As part of the St. James, we also enjoyed access to the multiple hot tubs, heated indoor pool, and coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby. Unit was very clean, cozy and spacious for everyone to spread out comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked, washer/dryer in unit, and ski lockers are next door. My only negatives would be the windows are not fully covered (top part) for privacy and light and the pillows could really do with replacement (although management did send us new ones after we complained). As others have noted there’s really no view but the hill was snow covered and I’d expected that.
While we caught the tail end of peak Aspen season, it was still a great stay and this place worked perfectly for us.
The main reason we booked this property is its location and it was exactly what we were looking for. Very easy access to go grab a coffee in the morning or to head out for some games (ping pong / bags / shuffleboard) in the open space, or to wander the shops and galleries.
The property was clean and comfortable.
It doesn't really have much for an outside spot, but you are just a short walk away from the main square where there is plenty of space to sit and relax in comfort with a book or a coffee or a beer.
One note was that the hot tub and pool were closed super early (I think it was 5:30) during the offseason. I think the whole point of a hot tub is to go relax later in the evening, so that was a bummer.
One other note regarding the offseason is that if you arrive after hours (5:30), you check in at the property next door, but they weren't able to instruct us to our unit. We got parked in the garage and this unit does not have an entrance from inside the property - it is outside opposite the lobby.
Loved the fall colors and this property was the perfect spot for us.
This is a great place to stay at Beaver Creek - the location is excellent right in the village with easy access to the slopes and good amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped (though a little low on bowls) and the supply of spices/cooking oil is always a nice thing to have on a trip. The pack and play and high chair made traveling with our toddler easy. One issue with the space is that the upper windows in all spaces are completely uncovered. In the second bedroom this just means it may stop you from sleeping in (other units nearby have these covered). In the living room and primary bedroom it's a real privacy issue, particularly at night. There is a road that passes just behind the unit and you can be sitting on the sofa or lying in bed and make eye contact with people walking through those uncovered windows. At night, you can't see out, but people certainly could see in. We initially hung an extra sheet up over the upper window in the bedroom on nails some prior visitor had put in the wall but had management come in who put up temporary paper shades for the duration of our stay (they were very responsive when we reached out). For as much as you pay to stay at a place like this, it's a bit janky and should be taken care of with a more permanent solution.
Exactly as pictured! A cozy stay with an excellent location on the ground floor of St. James. Check in and check out were easy and the host was wonderful!
We had a lovely time enjoying the Christmas season in the mountains the unit was very luxurious close to everything and well equipped. My favorite part of the Saint James was Laura the concierge who was always available to talk with wonderful suggestions and answers.
Second time I stay at Beaver Creek and first time staying on this property. Happy to come back and stay right here, the access was great and steps away from all the village fun.
Our family loved staying at the St. James, as it is incredibly convenient to both the village and the slopes. The unit had everything we could need and was perfect for our family of four. We highly recommend the unit and the iTrip team, and we hope to be back soon!
We loved this property so much. The staff at St. James was lovely and helpful and the apartment is clean and so close to all the shops and base of the mountain! Would definitely stay here again with my family!
