Avon A++ Location

What a great apartment and Location. Can pretty much walk anywhere you want to go in Avon. We found the apartment pretty warm when we arrived as most places in these areas don’t have central AC. We knew that coming in but when we asked owner for their experience on how we could possibly cool it off a little bit, they immediately responded with providing a portable AC unit that helped tremendously. Apartment has everything you need in terms of kitchen stuff and bath linens. Really couldn’t have asked for anything else. Was a great 5 weeks. Hope to be back again soon.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. It was in a convenient location. However, the listing failed to disclose that the unit required climbing three full flights of stairs with no elevator. This is a significant omission that materially affects accessibility and should have been prominently disclosed. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked this property since we are both older and have a dog with ACL tear. Additionally, the listing advertised the property as air-conditioned. In reality, only a single room had air conditioning, while the rest of the unit remained uncomfortably hot. The second bedroom did not have a widow and the only way to let fresh air in was to open a sliding door on to a public walkway.
