Great week in Hatteras

Overall great house! A few things could be fixed and the pans need to be replaced, but nice grill and house is stocked well overall! Would definitely stay here again!

Stay was excellent - only a couple of issues to mention. Kitchen had quite a few ants and the hot tub jets continued to overheat and not run. Other than that our stay was great....we are looking to rent the same house again next year.

It was hot in the house and we couldn’t turn the thermostat. The walk to the beach was so rough (since reflection was washed out).The smell in the house was awful (wet furniture n rugs)

Hot tub is a dud

House was clean inside but needed some TLC. The bathrooms that weren’t pictured were tiny and in need of updating. The lower outside porches and stairs had a lot of Virginia Creeper vines that needed to be removed. The main problem was the hot tub. We specifically chose a house with a hot tub. It wasn’t working when we arrived. A service call was placed and a technician came out the following day. It worked for 20 minutes and that was it. After numerous calls we were finally told on Friday that repairs were at a standstill. I’m sure it is serviced between rentals and It is difficult to believe that you were not aware of the problem. If it doesn’t work you shouldn’t list it as an amenity. Honesty is always the best policy.
