Has everything you need - random things like a a few games, books, a pack.n.play, and a trundle bed, so younger kids don't have to be on a top bunk .

Good location for skiing BC. Condo could use some updating for sure but everything worked fine. We weren’t there to spend time in the condo so didn’t really matter to us….communication was quick if any questions.

Great stay!

My friends and I stayed at this property so we could do some skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek, and it was perfect! While we had a little bit of trouble checking in, we called Vacasa and they were able to get us into the condo within a couple of minutes. After that, we had no other problems. The house was great, had a pretty good selection of appliances that all worked. I really don’t have any complaints, and highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to do some skiing in the Vail/ Beaver Creek area!

The place has everything you need and it was very clean. Nothing fancy or too nice, in fact some things (cookware, dishes, toiletries) a bit on the cheap side. Things are a bit worn out like the main bedroom blinds, some furniture and walls/doors in need of paint. The place definitely needs a bit of love and a refresh. If you are looking for something not fancy and clean it does the trick.

This property served its purpose but for the money we expected it to be a bit nicer, updated! The lock on the front door took several times to get it to open! Wasn’t stocked with drinking glasses and no extra blankets!

reglue all dining room table chairs before they break and someone gets hurt. needs another towel rack in main bathroom. master bedroom window latch is broken. can't window. these are minor details. the space served us well

Broken items and difficult entry procedures.

Fold out couch could not be opened. Bunk bed room’s closet door off henges. No directions for operation of TV. There were dead bolt keys on the side of doors, but no combination to open. After 20 minute phone call with Vacasa we finally got in. Only 3 classes in kitchen and 4 coffee cups. No outside recepticals for trash and recycling.

Condo worked for us close to the slopes. For the money paid the slider to go outside didn’t work. Also the bedroom closet wouldn’t work. Condo needs to be updated.

It's a nice property in a good location. If my family of 6 was staying for more than 1-2 nights it might feel a little cramped, but for the short time we were there it worked great! I would definitely stay here again.

Place was bright and the right amount of room for what I needed. You can hear the neighbors from all sides a bit but no one was loud. To no fault of the owners it wasn’t cleaned properly when I arrived. Crumbs in the bed, masks left behind, dirty dishes, outside table dirty etc. TV is not a smart TV so don’t spend an hour trying to connect it to the internet like I did. Shower handle in main bathroom not connected. Otherwise nice place and great stay.

7 Nights in Avon!

We had a very nice stay at the condo. Everything was in order when we arrived, and everything worked! The location was ideal for us since my fiancee was able to take exercise classes at Barre Forte in Edwards, and I have family in Vail. The only thing I would have preferred is A/C, but the evening breezes helped tremendously. We wished that our work schedules would have allowed us to stay twice as long!

Clean, close to Vail/Beaver Creek

Overall nice place. Clean (most important), well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. No facial tissue....strange. A couple of fixes needed: bunk bed in "kids" room too squeaky to use. Luckily the trundle bed was great. The closet doors in same room were off the runners and falling out, an easy fix surely. Location is right off hwy 6 so traffic sounds all night if you want fresh air (not awful just good to know).
