Sweet little vacation house

Plenty of room, tidy home with plenty of room for our family of 6. Kids enjoyed the bridge out front that felt like our own private bridge to our rental. Within walking distance to beach and shopping area that included restaurants and Food Lion. Great location, beautiful home. The hot tub cover could use replacing but otherwise a nice oasis.

Avon goose gathering

Decent property. Had a little wear and tear (cracking paint, hole in wall, blinds broken). Great hot tub. House right at community pool. Biggest warning would be to use caution with the indoor stairs. They are a little slick from wear. (My wife and I both fell). Probably could use a safety measure to prevent someone from getting hurt.

The house is in major need of repair. The rugs and king comforter were filthy. I had to wash the comforter before we could even use it. The best I can say it was “surface clean”. My one positive was Brandon who was so kind and accommodating.

No Need for VRBO. BOOK direct with Surf or Sound Realty

We got ripped off. Could've booked direct with Surf or Sound. Instead we used this VRBO & paid them a fee for nothing! All communicative were with SURF OR SOUND!
