"The first night we arrived the AC unit wouldn’t turn on. I called the number and was told someone would come take a look. Move ever did come and when I tried to call again no answer. Then the second night when we came back to room there were no parking spots so we called and answering service told us they would contact property management and call us back. We got a call back telling us we could park out front of the property. That’s not what we payed for. We paid for the secured parking behind the code access only gate. Also it’s not advertised anywhere that room cleaning is an additional fee. However once you check in you find out that room cleaning is an additional charge otherwise they direct you to laundry room for mom etc. Wouldn’t stay again "

"It was surprising to find the hotel within the hospital property but it was great and very comfortable with a lot of amenities. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. "

"The hotel looks and smells old, carpet is dirty, furniture smells dirty and old, the pool was non functional, for an 8.6 star is way off this is more of a 6.5-7 star. "

"No fitted sheets on bed -No coffee maker-No hair dryer -no fridge-no microwave-2 tiny bars of soap-no lamps-only bright ceiling lights-no shampoo, no conditioner—-smoking allowed anywheres on property—even though not inside rooms still could smell it inside—Bare minimum room—Way over priced for what is offered—one and done stay here—"

"Wonderful property exactly as advertised and Lori was a fantastic host. Very comfortable beds, ample everything. The charm and decor is quintessential NOLA. Trolley is a short 3 block walk to get straight to Canal St. if Bourbon Street is your vibe. raccobenos about 6 blocks walking was a perfect breakfast spot and about half mile walk to Paulies deli on Dublin and Oak was well worth the walk. Definitely recommend and will stay again. "
