In the hallway, there is a storage closet for hanging your coats, a shoe rack, an ironing board, iron and a supply of board games, cards and jigsaws.

Guests have their own entrance to the property, which is down a shallow ramp adjacent to the property. This ramp leads straight into a set of double doors and a small lobby area.
The ramp, lobby area and the flat is solely for the use of guests.
The driveway is shared with the owner.
All other areas on the property are for the owner.
